Cart, ordering & payment

Yes. Your cart groups items by shop, each with its own subtotal and delivery details. Because every shop prepares and delivers its own orders, you check out one shop at a time ("Checkout this store") — items saved for other shops stay in your cart.

• Home delivery: the shop delivers to your door within its delivery window.
• Store pickup (Click & Collect): the shop packs your order in advance. When the app says it's Ready, visit the store, share your 4-digit pickup code and collect it without waiting.

Yes. At checkout, in the Delivery section, turn on "Ordering for someone else?" and enter their name and 10-digit mobile number. The shop and delivery person will call that number instead of yours.

Right now you pay the shop directly when you receive your order — cash or UPI, on delivery or at pickup. Online prepayment is coming in a future update.

• At checkout, open the Savings Corner to see the available offers.
• Eligible offers show how much you'll save on your current basket.
• If an offer needs a higher cart value, it tells you how much more to add (for example "Add ₹45 more to unlock this offer").
• One offer can be applied per order.

• If the shop is closed but reopens within the next 12 hours, you can still place the order — it's scheduled for the shop's next opening time.
• If the shop is closed for longer (for example on vacation) or has no set hours, ordering is paused until it reopens.

For everyday categories like grocery, pharmacy, hardware and stationery, tap "Add to compare" on products from up to 3 nearby shops. The Compare page then shows prices, availability and total cost to your door side by side, so you can order from the best-value shop in one tap.
