These terms cover your use of the Zorrya consumer app to discover, order from, and book with local shops. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Zorrya is a discovery and ordering platform for local businesses. Shops listed on Zorrya are independent businesses — Zorrya helps you find them, place orders, and make bookings, but the contract for the sale of goods or services is between you and the shop, not with Zorrya.
You sign in with a one-time password sent to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure, and for the accuracy of the addresses and details you save to your account.
Zorrya currently operates on a pay-on-fulfilment basis: you pay the shop directly — cash, UPI, or card — at pickup or delivery. Prices, availability, delivery radius, and minimum order value are set by each shop and may change without notice.
Cancellation and refund handling for an order or booking follows the policy of the shop you ordered from. If you have an issue with an order, you can raise it from your order details page, or contact the shop directly using the details on their storefront.
You may only review a shop after a confirmed order or booking with that shop. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience — fake, incentivised, or abusive reviews may be removed and repeated abuse may lead to account restrictions.
Don't use Zorrya to harass shop owners or other users, submit false information, attempt to bypass shop-scoped ordering rules, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
We may update these terms as Zorrya grows or as legal review is completed. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
