Zorrya is a digital growth platform that helps you discover and order from trusted local shops near you — kirana, medical, restaurants, saree, bakery, hardware, stationery, and laundry. This policy explains what information the Zorrya consumer app collects, why, and how it is protected.
Your phone number (used to sign you in with a one-time password); your name if you add one to your profile; delivery addresses you save; your location, when you share it, to show nearby shops and estimate delivery; your order and booking history; prescription or health-related images you upload when ordering from a pharmacy or medical shop; and any reviews, ratings, or photos you choose to submit.
To verify your identity and keep your account secure; to send your orders and bookings to the correct shop; to show you nearby, relevant shops based on your location; to notify you about order and booking status; and to personalise features like My Regulars and offers you may care about.
Images you upload for pharmacy or medical orders are stored privately. They are only visible to the specific shop fulfilling that order and to Zorrya staff handling moderation or a support request you raise — never used for advertising, and never shared with any other business or third party.
We have not yet finalized a formal data-retention schedule — that work is pending legal review. Until then, we keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes, refunds, or legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share only what a shop needs to fulfil your order or booking, and with service providers who help us run Zorrya (such as SMS, WhatsApp, or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations. We never share prescription or health images outside the fulfilling shop and our own moderation team.
You can browse shops, products, and offers on Zorrya without creating an account. We only ask for your phone number when you choose to place an order, make a booking, or save something to your account.
You can update or delete your saved addresses and prescriptions from your account at any time. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email us at the address below — some order records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons even after deletion.
We may update this policy as Zorrya grows or as legal review is completed. We will post the revised version here with an updated date.
