Under Indian pharmacy rules, prescription-only medicines (Schedule H, H1 and X) can't be dispensed without a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

• Upload clear photos or PDFs of your prescription at checkout, or any time from Account → Prescription locker.
• You can attach up to 3 prescriptions per order.
• To prevent misuse, a prescription is locked to the order it was used for once that order is confirmed, and can't be reused for another order.

The order first waits for the shop's pharmacist to review your prescription. If it's invalid or unreadable, the order is rejected with a reason and you can upload a clearer copy.
