Order tracking & handover

Open the Orders tab to follow your order: Placed → Accepted → Preparing → Out for delivery → Delivered (or Ready → Collected for pickup).

For your safety, every order gets a 4-digit code.

• It appears on your order screen only once the order is Out for delivery or Ready for pickup.
• Never share it over the phone. Give it in person to the delivery person or shopkeeper, and only after you've checked and received your items.

On the order screen, tap "Get directions" to open Google Maps with turn-by-turn navigation to the shop's verified location.
