Every badge on Zorrya is earned through real activity — never by paying for it or self-reporting. Here's exactly what each one means and how a shop earns it.

Listed

How it's earned: Verified their mobile number with an OTP during signup — no other checks yet.
What it gets the shop: Basic shop listing visible to customers.

Verified

How it's earned: Uploaded a real shop photo and confirmed the shop's GPS location matches where it actually is.
What it gets the shop: Higher placement in search results, plus the Verified badge shown to customers.

Trusted

How it's earned: Submitted an official business document — GST, Udyam, FSSAI, or Shop Act registration.
What it gets the shop: Top placement in search results, plus the Trusted badge shown to customers.

Pro

How it's earned: Completed 50 or more orders through Zorrya with a good customer rating.
What it gets the shop: Featured placement, plus eligibility for promotional spots.

Pro is earned purely through order volume and ratings — it can't be bought. Like Verified and Trusted, it reflects real activity on Zorrya, not paid placement.

How a badge is awarded and maintained

Every tier is set by Zorrya's team through an internal verification process — never self-reported by the shop, and never something a shop can edit directly. If a shop goes completely inactive for 60 days, Zorrya automatically flags it for review, which can affect where it appears in search results.

Why this matters when you're choosing a shop

A higher badge means Zorrya has done more to confirm the shop is genuine, or that it has a longer track record of completed orders on the platform. Treat it as a helpful signal alongside ratings and reviews — not a replacement for reading them.
